Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow for business 1-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

All packages will be shipped out via Canada Post with tracking. Standard shipping rates apply. Return shipping will not be covered by Goldvibe Jewellery, and is the responsibility of the person returning the item.

RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds.

No returns or exchanges on select items:

• one of a kind items
• earrings /ear cuffs (due to sanitary reasons)
• Items that are not in their original condition (ie. worn, scratched, damaged)

Exchange and manufacturers warranty up to 14 days after the jewellery has arrived at the order destination.
